Every business needs an annual legal review. Let’s meet for a full day. In person. 10-4. We will review your activities of the previous year, have your company annual meeting and create minutes, review your website, branding, and contracts and address the issues that are unique to your business.

You will leave with (i) confidence that your business is on firm legal ground, (ii) a legal plan for the year, and (iii) a solid legal strategy to help your business grow. $1800
