Includes a 30-minute conference to make sure the mark to be searched is properly identified and a follow-up report of any similar names, logos, slogans or taglines that are currently registered or pending with the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). $350
Trademark Registration
Not sure if you want to move forward with protecting Registering your trademark protects and legitimizes your brand identity—the soul of your business. The process for registering your trademark includes the Mini-Trademark Search (with discounts for comprehensive searches as add-ons), a review of your intended registration (and redirection if necessary), advising on classification, registering with the USPTO, and responding to examiner procedural inquiries. Not included are USPTO filing fees (typically $225 per classification) or response to USPTO office actions that require more than a simple revision. $1850

It is a contract with your visitors and customers, not suitable for download from the web. We specifically tailor the “legal stuff” to your business needs to minimize your legal risk, avoid fines and copyright violations, address important issues related to privacy, the use of cookies, GDPR and many other important terms.
